When do I get paid?

Monthly. We pay out the first week of each month for the previous month's earnings, directly to your bank account via Stripe.

What if a restaurant cancels?

You stop earning on that one — but every other restaurant you brought continues to pay out. There's no clawback or penalty.

Is there a fee to join?

No. Free to sign up. No quotas, no minimums, no contracts. You earn when restaurants you bring become paying Stavio customers.

Can my organization customize the landing page?

Yes — Organizational Partners get a co-branded page with your logo, a short intro from your team, and a referral code baked in. We build it. You approve it.

Can I bring restaurants outside the US?

Stavio is currently US-focused. We're expanding to Turkey, Sweden, Japan, and other markets in 2026–2027 — when we open a country you'd like to refer in, we'll let you know first.

What happens if I want to stop being a partner?

Cancel anytime. Your past earnings stay yours; your tracking link goes inactive going forward.
